What are your payment options and procedure?
CREDIT CARD - You can pay your book confirmation with a credit card, them on arrival the pending balance of the book and depending on the apartment owner you will be asked for a Bank transfer, cash or credit card. all this information will be provided after the book confirmation.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes you need to pay a security deposit on arrival as minimum of 500€ or the proportional part corresponding to the longer of the stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to date of arrival are fully refunded, but not the comision few
Cancellations made at 30 or less days prior to date of arrival are fully charged and no refund possible.
How do I get the keys to my apartment?
Once you make the reservation you will receive an email with arrival instructions.
and one of our partner hosts will welcome you upon arrival.
Are there any extra charges to the reservation?
The only extra payment to be made on arrival is the Barcelona Tourist Tax if you have reserved one of our touristic apartment.
or if you order a cleaning service during your stay it will be charged separeted and direcly asked for the hoster.
basic services such as water, electricity, if there is an overconsumption of the agreement, it will be claimed from you by the owner of the property.
Privacy Policy
In Budy Home we respect your privacy, therefore we guarantee absolute confidentiality in the personal information provided from each of our customers. To confirm a reservation the customer must provide some personal information which is confidential and for exclusive use of Budy Home to all terms of services requested by the customer.
Under current legislation on data protection and electronic commerce, the user accepts that personal data provided at the time of registration or at any other moment, will be incorporated into files belonging to this company, in order to facilitate the provision of services requested. Budy Home is committed to maintaining a secret personal data and keep it confidential.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 13th december, on the Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable legislation, the customer can exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an email to info@budyhome.com
Terms & Conditions
Reservations & confirmation
A deposit made by credit car or bank transfer, shall be given in advance to confirm a reservation. The rest of the payment will be dued in credit card bank transfer or cash on the day of arrival.
Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until our host partner has received and acepted the book and you have received a confirmation email from Budy Home. This confirmation email will contain all the booking details such as the exact location of the apartments, contact details, balance due and all other arrival and departure instructions.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that the deposited for the reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In case of cancellation. If the client cancels a fully paid reservation, there will be an extra cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days it is done before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount.
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount.
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount.
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount.
In case that the client changes the dates or apartment, it will be understood as a new stay and shall be subject to the cancellation conditions. Any cancellations, including force majeure, will be subject to the same cancellation policies. If Budy Home was unable to provide to the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer him to a property of similar characteristics. All cancellations or changes must be made by email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
Deposit
Upon arrival the guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit of 500€ or more, or as well as a valid credit card number to guarantee the safe return of the apartment and its contents. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your companions will be deducted from your damage deposit. The damage deposit requested upon arrival will be refunded during the check out, if the apartment is on the same conditions as the customer found it.
Arrival & check in
Please ensure that we have your updated arrival time so that we can plan for your check-in and keep your contact person informed about any delays or changes. Your contact person will be provided with your telephone number and email address, in case they need to contact you regarding your arrival time. You can send us this information via e-mail to: info@budyhome.com
Your confirmation email will clearly state where to meet your contact person on the day of your arrival. You should call your contact person on arrival at the airport. One hour after your call, a check in agent will met you in the apartment, give you the key and all the information requested.
The apartment will be available from 14:00 hrs, but we will always try our best to accommodate earlier arrivals if is possible. Please note that the official check-in is between 14:00 hrs and 20:00 hrs. If check in is after this time an extra fee will be charged:

- 25 Euros for check ins after 21:00 hrs.
- 35 Euros check ins after 23:00 hrs.
- 40 Euros check ins after 00:00 hrs.
Departure & Check out
Departures are at 11:00 hrs or before. If you require a later departure please inform during the check-in if this is possible. Customers can stay in the apartment until 16:00 hrs paying 50% of the rental cost per night. Any departures after 16:00 hrs will be subject to the payment of the full price per day.
Cleaning fee
The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. The cost for cleaning is 75 Euros. If you also request a cleaning service during your stay, we will provide a table of prices to choose according to your need.
When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition, with all rubbish disposed correctly, if not, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Guest Behavior
Please observe that Budy Home’s Terms and Conditions regarding disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear being ALL STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying in a Budy Home place should know that if parties or loud music are heard, neighbors complain and/or police is called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.
The client signing the check in form will be liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Budy Home shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation. This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit.

Sleeping time QUIET TIME IS EVERY DAY FROM 22.00 PM to 08.00 AM. We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary to live in a convencional neighborhood's building.
*Also note that by booking with Budy Home or any other channel bringing you to one of our apartments you have already accepted our terms and conditions. The customer will also be expected to sign these rules upon check-in on the arrival day.
